POLICIES & GENERAL REGULATIONS
The ZemmourBallet dance company is committed to promoting a culture of respect, diversity and equity in all its activities. We believe that the art of dance is for everyone, and we work actively to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all our dancers, staff and partners.
To achieve this goal, the Board of Directors has put in place an Inclusion Policy which guides us in our efforts to ensure that all our members feel valued and respected, whatever their gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation or disability. We are also proud of our commitment to eco-responsibility and environmental preservation, and are constantly working to reduce our carbon footprint and protect the environment. Finally, we have also put in place a Harassment Prevention and Complaints Handling Policy, which aims to ensure that all members of our community are safe and free from any inappropriate or unacceptable behavior.
